With a distinguished career as a Creative Director in several multinational advertising agencies, Paulo has an impressive track record of awards from national and international festivals, including Epica D'Or, Ad Age, FIAP, ITB Berlin “Filmpreis Das goldene Stadttor”, Clube da Criatividade de Portugal, Caple Awards, Unilever Grand Prix, Advertising Age Global Awards, among others.
As Vice-President and Chief Creative Officer of EuroRSCG (HAVAS), he led the agency to the top of the rankings, a position it maintained for several consecutive years.
Paulo has extensive experience in the creative management of multinational accounts, notably as the Creative Director for the Tourism Promotion of Portugal during UEFA Euro 2004. Throughout his extensive career, he has significantly contributed to the recognition and growth of brands across sectors such as Telecommunications, Tourism, Media, Banking, Energy, Automotive, Beverages, Retail, Food, Insurance, NGOs, and Government Institutions.
His expertise spans 360º Creative Strategies, Creative Direction, Art Direction, Branding, Graphic Design, Web Design, UI/UX, Production, Video Editing and Post-Production, Animation, Sound Design, and Motion Graphics.
He is also proficient in a variety of software tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Affinity Photo & Affinity Publisher, Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Logic Pro X, Cinema 4D, and Unreal Engine.
